Summary: The receptionist position is an ambassador for our company. This person oversees a busy lobby by greeting visitors including: customers, vendors, potential new employees, and makes a positive friendly impression over the phone. Must be able to multi-task.
Standard pay rate: $15.00 per hourHours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Mo – Fr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Answer calls & direct as necessary.
Welcome visitors to the company and issue guest badges. Notify company representative and direct to proper area, restrooms and coffee.
Maintain a welcoming environment in the lobby and oversee cleanliness of lobby restrooms.
Update company directories.
Order supplies for departments and front desk.
Keep coffee station stocked, cleaned & organized.
Notify HQ Facility or computer department with equipment problems.
Maintain security awareness.
Assist with yearly company fundraiser and functions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Working knowledge of PC, including Excel and Word software, calculator and E-mail
