JOB SUMMARY: The Employee Service Center Associate provides excellent customer service while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism using proven telephone communications skills. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for handling potentially 50 to 100 inbound calls daily Data entry for HR based data using ADP EV5 Handling e-mail requests Creating request and handling issues that arise REQUIRED COMPETENCIES ADP EV5 is a plus He/she must be Customer service oriented The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. The successful candidate will have clear and effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to get to root cause and understand issue Keen ability via proper verbal communication to defuse potential tensions/conflict JOB QUALIFICATIONS HS Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year experiences in a call center or customer service environment. (Experience in corporate environment preferred) Prior call center experience (i.e. telephony: operating a phone tree, routing calls, fielding inquiries through chat and phone) preferred Prior case management experience (i.e. opening a case, documenting updates, triaging, monitoring status, closing a case) preferred Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and production requirements Ability to use and navigate through multiple computer applications/databases Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management PREFERRED COMPUTER APPLICATION : Previous exposure to HR systems preferred, MS Excel, Word U.S. Security Associates, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
