We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in our Norcross, GA processing facility. Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, the primary responsibility of this role will be to manage complex projects, process improvement initiatives and capital budget management. Roles and Responsibilities: Primary responsibility of this job is to deploy capital and process improvement projects throughout the South-East region The applicant should be an agent of change - someone who can alter/improve a process and be able to communicate and convince employees the importance of that change Support other regional operations functions; this includes cost control, productivity and safety Assist leadership in driving out waste, variation and defects from our business processes Successful candidate will be a project leader responsible for implementing identified best practices in all areas with measurable results Communicate project status updates and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives to management Figure engineering cost estimates Capital budget management including working across the organization to build financial returns on projects Able to understand project payback and rate of returns on investments Deliver completed projects on-time and on-budget Identify best practices in process improvements and communicate that knowledge, visually and verbally, through out the rest of the organization Other requirements as needed Position Requirements: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks Track record of successful implementation of change Ability to travel 20% of the time Performance driven and results-focused We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
