POSITION SUMMARY Works in tandem with Crawford Educational Services and Crawford s learning management system (LMS) vendor to provide technical and administrative client support. This includes performing Help Desk functions, tracking and reporting metrics, and supporting ongoing service deliverables. Helps ensure customer satisfaction and foster clear communications between our LMS, KMC On Demand, and internal and external clients. RESPONSIBILITIES * Acts as support to clients and business units with regard to their LMS technical needs and process effectiveness. * Supports website management by posting new courses available for sale, updating course descriptions and approved credit hours, assisting direct customers in navigating the website and ordering online courses. Troubleshoots and resolves any technical issues experienced by customers while ordering/taking courses. * Solves data issues and problems from a technical standpoint and provides suggestions and feedback to programming team for system modifications. * Responds to requests for CE licensing information from regulatory agencies, which may include working with relevant departments to gather data, evaluating prior to submission, and participating in audits, if required. * Processes continuing education applications for licensees who complete KMC courses. * Trains KMC Administrators & Managers on system functionality and assists them in managing these duties for their respective teams and/or companies. * Assists KMC management and team in monitoring compliance and effectiveness of system and procedures through development and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets. * Submits CE applications to the states for new online courses or classroom courses. * Strong benefits package including matching 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; employee stock purchase plans; tuition reimbursement and so much more.
