To develop a strong relationship with the business management teams, acting as a commercially focused HR business partner to deliver the One Chromalloy HR vision and strategy and build the local elements of the Chromalloy people plan, with focus on values and behaviors, talent and succession planning, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational design and resource planning. To provide expertise and coaching to line managers on key HR policies and processes including performance review, merit review, talent review and Labor Relations as well as managing performance and engagement across the organization.
