Overview of Job Function:

The Vice President, PSG Operations is responsible for all operations functions across the Product Strategy Group (PSG). This role will be responsible for driving data accumulation and analysis (including appropriate recommendations based on that data), reporting, establishing and maintaining best practices for common functions across the PSG group, and driving effective operations activities across a matrixed environment. This is a remote based role.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of all operations functions across all of the PSG group

  • Understand, lead and drive the gathering and analytics of data within the PSG group, including reporting and recommendations based on that data.

  • Partner closely with the PSG group, including product managers, go-to-market team, and leadership to determine what common processes and tools can be leveraged across the PSG organization.Implement and gain best practices and efficiencies.

  • Leadership of the operations team;responsible for building and developinga high performing team.

  • Key contributor to Product strategy such as innovation, automation, operations, cost efficiencies, and scalability.

  • Develop a shared vision of operational processes that align with marketing, product and sales needs.

  • Create and deliver executive level presentations/communications to Senior Leadership Teams across regions and business units.

  • Interact and develop successful relationships with key internal and external constituents.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 10 years’ progressive leadership experience leading teams within significant functions or depts.Has held responsibility for multiple management level functions, is considered a subject matter expert.

  • Experience leading a common operations function/team.

  • A self-starter who is able to function in a lean marketing structure at a fast pace.

  • Experience in the creation of executive level presentations and analytics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence

  • Travel approximately 10%.

  • Successful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification.
