Your responsibilities thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking individuals to join us within the Operations Development Program in Atlanta, GAThis person will be responsible for successfully completing a six (6) month training program as part of the Operations Development Program (a.k.a. TOPS). The TOPS program is designed to provide a thorough knowledge of our products, standard business processes, technical aspects of elevators, and managerial skills to help develop professional individuals who can advance into leadership positions. The goal of the program is to prepare individuals to easily transition into a superintendent, operations management or project management position where they achieve operational goals and contribute to the overall success of a branch. The TOPS program will coach individuals to effectively manage our business, interact with internal and external customers, and build successful and profitable teams all within a safe environment.
