Environmental Services Technician Kennestone Environmental Services Department is looking for Excellent Customer Service and communication skills. Will provide a friendly, healthy, clean and safe environment for the patients, visitors and staff members of WellStar Kennestone Regional Medical Center.
Responsibilities may include but is not limited to: Floor maintenance, stripping & refinishing, scrubbing, buffing, carpet cleaning, furniture moves, removal trash/ regulated waste, transport of soil linen, daily cleaning of occupied/vacant patient rooms, ancillary areas, nursing units, common areas, offices, hallways, etc.
All work to be performed in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Required Minimum Education : HS Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
Required Minimum Experience : None required.
Housekeeping or Floor Tech experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to demonstrate competency to complete work assignments. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, push, pull and to lift up to 50 lbs. Must purchase & wear required uniforms.
