Command Secuity Corporation is in seach for an experienced Regional Recruiter for our company.
Responsible for high volume, full life cycle recruitment for both non-exempt and exempt level candidates in a multi-unit field level organization including: reviewing resumes, pre-screening, and hiring prospective candidates.
Developing and maintaining a candidate pipeline using both passive and non-passive recruiting methods including: job boards, social media, cold calling, networking, community services, colleges, career fairs, and other third party platforms.
Partnering with hiring managers to ascertain needs within the different lines of business that are serviced.
Managing job postings, and processing candidates through our applicant tracking system.
Maintaining recruitment reporting and metrics to delivering better forecasting of planned outcomes.
Travel will be required during peak recruitment periods. Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Other duties as assigned.
5+ years of recruiting experience working for a multi-unit field organization.
Proven success developing and implement programs to build an ongoing talent pipeline.
Ability to prioritize and manage different tasks and responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent, effective, and professional verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development/organizational behavior or related field desired.
Experienced with using multiple candidate sourcing methods
Strong interviewing skills and qualifying candidates
Provide weekly candidate tracking/status reports to management
Intermediate level computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems are required. (WinTeam, iCIMS, Taleo, BrassRing, etc.)
