Relocation Provided: Job Posting End Date: May 3, 2018 Job Profile: 30022450 - Mgr Client Relationship Company: 0101 Coca-Cola North America Grade: 12 Function: Bus/Adm Svcs Role: Level 4 Travel Required: Open for Referrals: Position Overview: The Sr. Program Manager leads a cross-functional team (5-6 direct reports) focused on the deployment, utilization and improvement of Sales & Distribution processes and information systems (e.g. SAP, ITSmobile, Visitrak) within CCNAs Supply Chain. The Sr. Program Manager collaborates with various KO and CCNA IT Groups, SC Business Groups, and vendor-partners to ensure business continuity, including: system availability, user capabilities, and business process compliance. They enable productivity increases through solution enhancements and process standardization and improvement. Function Specific Activities: Responsible for development and implementation of customer relationship management expansion and retention strategies; ensures that volume of work produced meets and exceeds product/service standards; involved in budget planning. Managing teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control rather than development; short-term operational responsibilities. The Sr. Program Manager collaborates with various KO and CCNA IT Groups, SC Business Groups, and vendor-partners to triage and resolve business process and/or systems issues. They are responsible for coordinating business activities related to planned and unplanned system outages, including monthly Maintenance Weekends and SAP Releases. This includes preparation activities pre-outage, recovery activities post-outage, and risk mitigation or business continuity planning. The Sr. Program Manager will have expertise in Sales and Distribution processes across multiple platforms and categories, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to lead complex initiatives. This includes migration to standard processes and systems across manufacturing platforms, warehouses and co-packers. They can synthesize requirements into clear strategies for IT systems and business processes, and support the implementation of information standardization and reporting.
