Function Specific Activities: Sr. Manager Bottler Capability Development POSITION PURPOSE This role will be responsible for building and aligning with the Bottlers and Region Franchise teams on multi-year capability plans for each Bottler. They will partner with internal and external capability owners to build and ensure the successful deployment of the capabilities in support of the Bottling System Capability Strategic framework. This framework will be built cross functionally across sales, RGM, commercial, execution and bottler operations to have a comprehensive bottler capability plan that prioritizes key bottler capabilities to meet the changing needs of the customer and consumer reality while building competitive advantage. The capability building will be a mix of 1) Advancing capability programs built by functional areas (i.e. sales, RGM, segmentation, space, etc.) 2) Partnering cross functionally to build bottler capability programs for deployment 3) building original capability programs 4) developing a program to capture bottler capability best practices for rapid redeployment across the system Support Group Director, Bottler Capability Development with development of multi-year strategic imperatives in support of the Capability Strategic framework, inclusive of data/insights, new capability identification, future trends, Coke system business drivers, etc. Key areas of focus will be: Execution capability: RED, picture of success implementation, photo recognition On shelf availability Segmentation (Regional and store level) Front line sale force capability (C4V) RGM and OBPPC capability Space Technologies Function Specific Activities: Capability Framework: Will support the creation of a capability frame that structures a capability program for the US bottling system. This framework will be able to be applied to each bottling operation to prioritize key areas of capability that need to be built to advance the competitive capability of the bottler Capability Program Development: Will build professional capability programs that can be deployed across the system. This will include curriculum and training development for capabilities to be deployed Capability Deployment: Will partner with the Region Franchise team in the deployment of the capabilities. This will involve going to the bottler and doing the necessary training, capability building and change management. Deployment could be accomplished via broad system training/workshops or bottler specific efforts Best practice capture and redeployment: Will support the development of systematic methodology to identify, capture/document and redeploy bottler capability best practice.
