Capgemini SFDC - Salesforce.com Senior CRM Process Lead in Atlanta, Georgia
Experienced CRM business and technology consultant. Extensive end-to-end business process expertise in the areas of marketing, sales (lead-to-order), and/or service, preferably in the business to consumer space. Experience defining scope for enterprise CRM solutions, such as Salesforce.com. Able to facilitate process definition, process improvement, and CRM scope definition activities, including stakeholder workshops, user story/scope grooming, and high-level solution design discussions. Comfortable operating within the Agile SDLC methodology and working closely with business stakeholders and technical architects. Client travel expected.
Required skills / experience:
Extensive working knowledge/experience in end-to-end marketing, sales, and/or service business processes with B2C or B2B clients.
Specific focus on Lead-to-Quote process and solution design.
Enterprise CRM (ex: SFDC) scope definition, process improvement, and functional implementation experience.
Specifically, Salesforce Sales Cloud Opportunity Mgmt and Quote Mgmt.
Senior BA. Led business analysis and scope definition activities on large enterprise CRM projects, including current state assessment, gap analysis, and future state process definition.
Tactful communicator. Able to facilitate discussions in one-on-one and group sessions with senior business stakeholders.
Structured planner. Able to define a plan and execute against the plan, including analysis approach, workshop schedules, agendas, and day-to-day execution.
Team lead / manager. Able to manage and motivate a team of business analysts, while coordinating closely with technical architects and developers.
