Unique and rewarding experience for an Infusion Registered Nurse-RN II who is highly motivated to provide technical and clinical expertise in patient care within private Neurology outpatient-based infusion suite in Atlanta, GA 30309 (Midtown area). This is a per diem (19 or fewer hours a week, 2-5 days a week) position, located in a clinic office setting. Job Summary The RN is responsible for providing skilled, exceptional patient care through the administration and monitoring of all infusion therapy services, within the infusion suite. Essential Functions and Duties Provides direct nursing care and assures safe delivery of infusion therapy services in alternative care settings Evaluates the patient's response to therapy and document medical records Identifies any problem areas and proactively recommends changes and solutions Provides comprehensive patient education and discusses any specific problems with the physician Complies with all regulatory and company policies and procedures Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse Graduate of an accredited nursing program At least two years of recent IV experience; excellent IV skills REQUIRED Neurology Infusion experience highly preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to communicate with family regarding patient care Advanced computer skills including familiarity with EMR systems Self-directed, flexible, and comfortable with working independently CATEGORY: CLINICAL CAREERS Please email your resume to careers@intrafusion.com and reference Job Code - NCC intraFUSION is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
