Oversees the recruiting and hiring responsibilities of assigned business units. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work with a team of Hiring Managers to provide consultation and delivery as it pertains to recruiting needs.. To be great in this role, you will need to use your skills to create fantastic job postings, research, network with passive candidates, work closely with Hiring Managers, and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest talent. It is a fast-paced role, on a fun and cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting on requisitions across the business as assigned,focusing on Accounting and Finance, Legal, Product Management and some IT

  • Demonstrates strong business acumen and industry knowledge for the respective business alignment

  • Ability to influence leaders at all levels when making placement recommendations

  • Work with the Hiring Managers to understand the broad job requirements and terminology of the group to allow for quality screening of prospective employees

  • Partners well with recruiters across the organization to ensure an efficient and effective process on candidate sourcing

Hiring Process:

  • Source qualified candidates through a variety of avenues including employee referrals, social networks, special interest groups, job fairs and job postings.

  • Maintains website job postings and applicant tracking data

  • Interview candidates to identify goals, achievements, strengths and weaknesses to make the best match to internal teams.

  • Understand and sell the candidates on the vast career opportunities and the types of markets and fortune 50 companies that we serve.

  • Qualify and recommend candidates that meet our unique cultural requirements and fast paced environment

  • Schedule candidate screenings and interviews

  • Extend and negotiate offers.

  • Identify and utilize direct sourcing methods


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates that extend into employment.

  • Partner with outside vendors, as required, to work on open requisitions

  • Partner with recruiting and HR staff to improve overall effectiveness of recruiting and the HR department as a whole


  • Seek opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting.

  • Enhance social recruiting effectiveness utilizing social media, such LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter

  • Continually find new ways to leverage iCIMS to develop talent pools

  • Other responsibilities as assigned


  • 1-3 years of IT recruiting experience required.

  • Strong understanding of higher level IT Skill Sets

  • Knowledge and understanding of general organizational roles in each department.

  • Exceptional understanding of social media for sourcing passive candidates.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Must be proactive, creative, detail-oriented, self directed and able to juggle multiple tasks.

  • High Energy.

  • Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

  • Professional Presentation Skills/ Consultative Sales Experience.

  • Self-motivated.

  • BS in Technical Discipline, Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
