WellStar Atlanta Medical Center is currently seeking a Master Maintenance to join the Engineering team.

The Master Maintenance under direct supervision of the department Manager, performs skilled duties including electrical, plumbing, locksmith, rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs.


Required Minimum Education : High School Graduate or GED

Required Minimum Certification : Applicants must possess a valid Class C Georgia driver license. Previous vocational training and/or hospital experience preferred. Electrical License preferred

Required Minimum Experience : At least two years related experience.

Required Minimum Skills: Considerable knowledge of operation and maintenance techniques of electrical systems.

Considerable knowledge of electrical code.

Considerable knowledge of materials and equipment used in locksmith craft.

Considerable knowledge of materials and equipment used in plumbing work

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, patients, families and physicians.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
