18010192 Primary Objective: Lead and manage a high-performing regional Marketing and Business Development team while driving all marketing efforts for the region including strategic positioning, marketing plan development, advertising, strategic partnerships, content marketing, client events, social media marketing, and strategic "point-of-sale" marketing (proposals, presentations and sales tools). Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and motivate a team covering four offices across the DC region; Set and drive implementation of strategic goals/priorities for the regional marketing team; Serve as business partner and advisor to regional leadership Serve as ambassador, champion and advocate for the Marketing platform and the CBRE brand to both internal and external audiences Develop local market value propositions and core messaging Develop and implement internal and external marketing plans for CBRE and various sales professionals/teams throughout the region Demonstrate an understanding of the commercial real estate business and the ability to think strategically about the company's position in the marketplace in order to position and effectively champion the Marketing organization as a strategic revenue-driving partner to the sales team Partner with Sales Management, Field Research and market leaders to provide pursuit strategy and support sales professionals in delivering strategic, client-focused presentations and proposals Creative/strategic oversight of all marketing and business development materials to ensure consistent quality, messaging, tone of voice and brand standards Responsible for helping to drive revenue in the marketplace.
