Function Specific Activities: This position stewards the Marketing Factory and Creative Review processes and associated business initiatives that will be executed, ensuring that it is a truly integrated cross-functional process and is delivered according to the objectives and timings agreed. Specifically the position acts as an independent voice that guides, oversees and controls the processes identifying early enough potential barriers. Key to this role will be the ability to combine functional expertise with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a relentless focus on results and a great ability to create cross-functional integration with a very high sense of flexibility Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities Lead ongoing evolution and day to day execution of Marketing Factory process for program development as well as Creative Review. Manage agenda and content for decision point meetings within Marketing Factory and Creative Review processes Manage program repository, track meeting decisions and communicate appropriately Train relevant team members on processes and associated expectations Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree, Masters degree preferred. Related Work Experience: 5 - 7 years job experience, at least 5 years marketing in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Extensive knowledge and experience with business planning, project management, process management would be advisable. General Management skills would strongly preferred. Experience and comfort in working under a matrix structure with direct and functional managers reporting lines.
