A Day In The Life Typically Includes: Key Responsibilities: Supports the Manager Learning and Organizational Effectiveness by executing change and training activities on key organizational change management (OCM) and training projects for the SS&P capability. Works with business stakeholders to define business objectives and assess/understand gaps surrounding OCM and training needs. Works with Manager and key stakeholders to design communications used during OCM and training activities. Works with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to define, design, develop, and deliver training programs by applying appropriate training design and adult learning theory methodologies. Works with project leaders and key stakeholders using the LOE OCM Framework to define, design, develop and deliver OCM plans. Develops and maintains training materials including handouts, PowerPoints presentations, computer-based and video training, and reference materials. Administrates training within LMS for procurement domain. Supports collaboration through SharePoint by being an active user and adoption advocate. Serves as representative for POE SharePoint community and sub sites. What You Will Need: Basic Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning and Development or related field Experience in Microsoft Office suite Experience working within Articulate Storyline, Articulate Replay, Camtasia, and Creative Cloud Experience with Learning Management Systems Administration Ability to learn new applications, concepts, and processes Strong written and oral communication skills including excellent active listening skills What Will Put You Ahead?
