Infor (US), Inc. seeks an ICS Consultant in Atlanta, GA. Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements and form plans for software applications to address them. Lead conceptual and detail design discussions. Design and implement user stories. Develop imaginative ways to visualize the software solutions to business problems. Capture and document the business model, requirements and configurations to be implemented. Work with clients (both business and technical) to determine how software applications will integrate with other current and future business software applications. Collaborate in terms of data requirements and specifications. Use knowledge of the platform and product and system limitations to work with the technical, science and design teams to implement the data model, business rules, forecasting and user interface functionality and configurations in an effective and efficient way. Guide implementations to maximize business insights and value achieved by recommending business process changes that facilitate optimal implementation effectively delivering the application and configuration. Collaborate with project team as well as client project team to ensure deadlines are met. Support the team through all quality assurance, testing processes, identify master test plan as needed. Conduct UAT with customers to ensure business needs are met. Ensure clients are trained in the use of the applications to extract the maximum value and insights that benefit their job function across several levels of stakeholders. Accountable for user adoption. Act as liaison between business and technical resources, including providing explanation of requirements and training on the customer to the technical team members as needed. Work closely with the product team using expertise and knowledge of the market and clients to validate features and ensure quality and acceptance metrics are met. Provide insight to assist in establishing product roadmaps. Telecommuting permitted up to 20%. Travel required to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; and three (3) years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience. Candidate must have at least three (3) years of experience involving each of the following: retail industry or software consulting; agile project and implementation; writing user stories and acceptance criteria; documenting business process changes; application design wireframing using one or more of the following tools: Balsamiq Mockups, Pidoco, or Visio; roadmap creation and maintenance using one or more of the following tools: Aha!, ProductPlan, or Roadmunk; quality assurance, test planning and execution; collaborative forecasting and planning solutions; demand forecasting; promo effectiveness evaluation; voice of customer, related user adoption measurements, and user surveying using Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or Google Forms; and data analytics using one or more of the following tools: Microsoft Excel Analysis ToolPak, R, SPSS, or SAS.
