Tracking Code 20537 Job Description DLH is a provider of health technology-enabled business process outsourcing and program management solutions supporting large-scale federal health and human services as well as programmatic services in Promotion/Education, Compliance/Monitoring, Assessments, Pharmacy Services, Telehealth, Medication Adherence and Life Sciences. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for the following: Assist in the onboarding, change and exit processes, including information gathering, advising and system processing Resolve employee questions, acting as an initial point of contact Support Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate data is captured and updated in employee files Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of colleagues in the US states, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance Assist in the completion and implementation of annual and quarterly HR projects Maintain accurate and complete employee records Assist in enrollment and maintenance of all benefit plans Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Required Skills Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources management in the U.S. Proficient in benefit processes and enrollments Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and database management systems Excellent communication skills in dealing with colleagues at all levels of the organization Solid organizational skills, including the ability to accomplish demanding timeline objectives, multi-task on assignments and be comfortable with change and continuous improvement Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV HRIS system is a plus Required Experience Job Location Atlanta, Georgia, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular DLH Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
