The Facility Coordinator provides administrative support to the Facility Management team. Responsibilities include communicating with the team (facility mangers, sourcing, accounting, etc.), building occupants, service providers, and landlords. This includes providing guidance as the Corrigo Subject Matter Expert (SME) and maintaining operations that support the team. Operating in a virtual environment, the Facility Coordinator manages multiple tasks that allow the facility managers to focus on day-to-day operations while contributing to the One Team approach. Facility Operations / Customer Service * Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team s goals and objectives. * Assist with ensuring appropriate and timely services are being delivered * Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities as needed; monitor service provider performance and client satisfaction JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
