Best People, Best Solutions, Best Results Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Regional Manager plans, manages, and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Best People, Best Solutions, Best Results Regional Manager esssential responsibilities: Reviews project proposal or plan to determine period, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Develops and maintains relationships, and is the primary contact for stakeholder concerns. Assists in the development/design solution for improvement of internal processes and staff development. Provides updates and oral presentations for a variety of stakeholders. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Ensures the products meet quality standards. Develops and utilizes management tools to monitor contract performance, deliverables, and quality of work. Ensures all deliverables are completed in a timely and efficient manner and as deemed acceptable by the customer. Assists and supports the development and implementation of internal and external training to stakeholders. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Provides leadership and helps develop leadership skills in reviewers. Protects and maintains the privacy of associate personnel records, including compensation information. Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; monitoring employee production and ensuring deliverables are met.
