Position Overview: The position will provide professional contract management support and assistance to the Legal Department and sales on various matters including acting as the first point of contact in customer contract management, contract preparation, negotiation support and contract compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts to ensure they comply with the company's terms and conditions

  • Circulate and discuss contracts with various Randstad departments for review by Legal, Billing, Risk, Finance, and Benefits

  • Assist sales management in contract preparation and adherence to the Contract Review Guidelines

  • Make recommendations to Legal Department management for improvements to the process

  • Maintain a database of in-process customer contract negotiations

  • Prepare documents for pending customer agreements

  • Maintain the contracts department web page and related contract management software

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent RUSA business/operations experience

  • Paralegal Certificate (preferred but not required)

  • Familiarity with a contract management software tool (preferred but not required)

  • 3-5 years of relevant contract negotiation/administration experience

  • Knowledge of contract principles

  • Knowledge of contract negotiations
