Position Description:

The Assistant Teacher will be responsible for helping to care for children and infants, from six weeks to eight years. Providing for their physical, emotional, and educational needs while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Position Requirements:

One year experience in a structured program with children. Demonstrated knowledge of child development/management techniques, appropriate activities for children and related care regulations. Must be willing to obtain additional training on a regular basis. Must be energetic, and an interest in and enjoyment of children. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. Must be certified in CPR and First Aid.
