Randstad Analyst, Onboarding in Atlanta, Georgia

Position Overview:

Analyst, Onboarding Solutions is responsible for supporting Randstad’s talent onboarding including facilitation of vendors and ensuring overall compliance. The position reports to Randstad’s Supervisor of Talent Onboarding Solutions and will interact with all levels of the field and corporate organization, and will escalate concerns to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies and procedures.

  • Facilitate implementation and maintenance of eStaff electronic onboarding tool

  • Review of Third Party Vendor/IC packages to ensure compliance with Randstad and client requirements related to third party

  • Approve Per Diem set up based off of identified requirements, including state and federal

  • Review I9 and E-Verify to ensure compliance, provide risk to stakeholders and training opportunities

  • Complete Internal review and background tasks for high risk Strategic Accounts to ensure compliance with client and Randstad requirements

  • Pull and consolidate scorecard reporting information from multiple tools to send to field leadership to improve compliance, identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvement

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, compliance, screening and or other related experience

  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset

  • Excel, Query and Reporting
