This is a unique opportunity to be part of this transformation as we scale our capabilities for the future. As the Employee Experience Manager, serve as the first point of contact for in-scope HR program and policy questions. Responsible for delivering a positive customer experience through the end-to-end resolution (escalating where more complex) of manager and employee inquiries and requests; builds capacity in others to resolve via self-service or portal in future instances. The Employee Experience Manager will escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate parties and document inquiries and resolutions. The Employee Experience Manager will participate in the refining and implementation of the transformed service delivery strategy including a detailed program roadmap. The Employee Experience Manager will work with process owners and service providers to identify optimal service solutions and continuous improvement opportunities to mature the overall service delivery capability, as Dental transitions from a high touch service delivery model to improved self-service technologies and portal design. While the new service delivery model is being built, the position will also be hands-on in their local site to program management and drive high quality execution of core HR programs, such as New Employee Onboarding. The Employee Experience Manager will partner with the COEs Talent Management and Total Rewards, HRBLs and Internal Communications, as well as and Business Leaders, to achieve our strategic goal of enabling Delta Dental to be a great workplace.
