Description:

Regularly generates reports in order to analyze actual department performance versus targeted department performance.

Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends to aid in the development and/or revision of organizational policies and procedures.

Manages execution and/or executes revision of organizational policies and procedures.

Manages execution and/or executes departmental training to ensure up-to-date and compliant training adherence for department.

Responsible for the design and development of key indicators and the appropriate tracking reports to assist in the management of services and suppliers and/or the operations organization.

May be involved in forecasting and analyzing budgets. Gather data, analyzes trends, and proactively identifies variances to forecast. Documents assumptions used in the planning process.

May be responsible for tracking and monitoring of expenditures versus budget. Ensures that expenses are charged to the appropriate cost center for accurate reporting purposes.

Identifies and develops systems and/or applications in conjunction with IT to aid in the reporting and processing of data.

Experience:

  • Minimum two to four years relevant professional experience required. Previous database management experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:

  • Must have a general understanding of the business and strategic plan. Strong problem solving and analytical skills are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer skills required. Ability to produce results with minimal supervision. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree preferred.
