Job id : AMNCA00892351Job DescriptionThe Marketing Consultant secures and maintains new search agreements, using a consultative sales approach to cultivate relationships with client decision makers, in order to maximize market penetration and exposure for the company within the assigned MH territory, ultimately impacting revenue and market share growth.Job Tasks: Source leads within territory through high volume outbound phone strategy.Generate new lead sources in order to increase number of potential contracts, by integrating into the market through association memberships, keeping current with local news, and maintaining contact with previously-placed physicians and previous clients.Develop an understanding of each client's decision-making process by consulting with client stakeholders, in order to identify and contact the appropriate decisions makers (C-level, administrators) for each opportunity.Overcome potential clients' concerns and objections by educating them on the benefits of MH's unique process, in order to maximize clients' understanding of alignment of MHA with client strategy and needs.Consult with existing clients in order to uncover additional search opportunities, by identifying potential new revenue streams and recommending succession planning approaches.Target marketing efforts by developing specific business plans based on unique client information in order to ensure discussions with clients reflect their market, competitive environment, and organizational footprint.Qualify each potential search opportunity by analyzing the position, compensation, and other factors as compared to market norms.Negotiate search contracts including rates and terms in order to balance client's needs with service options that support profit.Maintain MHACS by updating the system with all new leads and by entering every contact made with each lead or client, in order to follow up appropriately as needed.Maintain monthly communication with all potential and current clients through email, phone, and face-to-face meetings in order to maintain relationships and quickly uncover additional needs.Consult with clients on full spectrum of relevant AMN services in order to introduce cross-selling opportunities to StaffCare representatives or MH marketing representatives in other specialties/territories.Education, Certifications & Experience Minimum Education/Certifications: High school diploma or GED certificate required Preferred Education/Certifications:Bachelor's degree Minimum Experience: 1.5 years sales experience Preferred Experience3 years sales experienceAMN Healthcare is an EEO/AA/Disability/Protected Veteran EmployerFor more details go to URL
