This may include, but is not limited to; Clinic visits, Surgery, G.I. Lab, Cardiac Cath Lab, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Nutritional Services, Infusion units or any other location where scheduling of a test or procedure may occur.Coordinates with departments as necessary. Ensures that accurate, complete and thorough patient demographics are entered into the computer system, including insurance and authorizations if applicable. Notifies departments as necessary of various services that may require, equipment, instrumentation and supplies from outside vendors for scheduled surgeries.
