Requirements: Responsibilities will include: Responding to, troubleshooting, and documenting in RHT's ticketing system incidents and problems either through our ticketing system or directly from the customer. Working effectively with senior engineering teams to analyze, identify, and resolve technical issues. Managing infrastructure hardware and OS as outlined in customer specific run books.
