Our solutions provide value for money, supported by clinical and health economic evidence.The Implementation Specialist (IS) position is a position on our Pressure Ulcer Prevention (PUP) Team. The IS is responsible for the execution of PUP implementation strategies specific to the solutions and products provided by Mlnlycke Health Care. Working in coordination with the area PUP Team and local field based sales team, focused activities will be on customer relationships, educating customers of product features, providing customer solutions to the implementation process, and the like. This position represents the Company in sales calls, and in achieving successful implementation outcomes for assigned accounts. The IS is also responsible for administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, preparing reports, entering data into, attending sales meetings, trade shows, and other events as needed.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field from an accredited college/university.3 years experience in wound care / pressure ulcer prevention market is strongly preferred.A clinical background (Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist, for example) is a plus, but not required.Knowledge of sales and a high level of communication and team selling skills.Requires 75% travel commitment within assigned PUP area.This position is in our Southeast Region. Tampa or Miami would be ideal residences.
