The HR Business Partner will report into the Sr. Director of HR and will have at least three direct reports. This position is a blend of strategic and tactical responsibilities. Primary responsibilities for the HR Business Partner will include performance management, recruitment, talent management including succession planning, and training and development. There will be additional HR projects as needed for the new business unit. This HR Business Partner position offers substantial career growth opportunities. This is a direct hire opportunity.
