Job Number:10645Position Title:External Description:The Aerial Account Manager- Sales serves as the primary business contact for the assigned Aerial Account clients. This individual is responsible for the sales development and management of the assigned Aerial Accounts. The Aerial Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.Aerial Account Manager- Sales Responsibilities include: Responsibility for all assigned Aerial Account sales, communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on the client's deliverables and revenue. Reviews and manages all elements (i.e. strategic planning, contact management, equipment needs, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. Assists in the Aerial Account due diligence and prospect development as assigned. Ensures that assigned clients issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Division Sales Manager, Branch Manager and Region Sales Manager of any problems that may arise. Takes ownership of the assigned accounts and oversees developing and action plans to increase BlueLine Rental business with the assigned accounts. Ensures that all BlueLine Rental processes and procedures are completed to ensure account development and meeting the customer's expectations. Awareness and constant pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Division Sales Manager and Branch Manager to identify, execute and document action plans to accomplish. Communicates the client's goals and represents the client's interests to the store sales support group to ensure expectations are met. Provides regular two-way communication between the client and branch teams, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all sales offerings to the client. Reports to the Sales Management Team, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and sales reports when requestedAerial Account Manager- Sales Required Competencies: Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills; customer retention Excellent oral and written communication skill, fluent speaking and writing English Knowledge of basic sales techniques and sales cycles Knowledge of aerial construction equipment Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques Knowledge of business accounting principles, budget preparation, and strong business acumen.
