Company Job ID-13126Responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team for new or changing customer accounts. Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain key account database in conjunction with the sales teamDevelop and maintain target account list and perform research on target accounts.Work closely with internal teams to support the sales function by coordinating the contracting process and providing contracting maintenance.Generate reports, and perform analysis for making recommendations to sales team, project managers and other management. Work with new and existing customers to review their needs in the areas of:Kits and ancillary supplies;Packaging related regulatory concerns;Distribution needs;Reporting requirements;Online ordering system needs; and,Printing needs.Develop routine quotes to clients, and provide product and service informationDevelop kit prototypes and provide samples for clients.Follow up on all special and new product quotations.Work with suppliers on product quotations as needed.Act as a liaison between internal teams to troubleshoot customer needs.Support new sales leads by calling/e-mailing new potential customers identified on call lists or trade show lead lists. Determine best Therapak sales contact.Manages various account tracking reports for management, including target account forecasting, contract status, service offerings, etc.Coordinates information for price increase administration and trackingCoordinates calls and system demonstrations for clients.Performs ongoing tracking and profitability analysis of sales programs-digital printing, freight, Supply Sense, standardization, etc. Coordinate customer information with Project Managers and PMAs. Experience & Skills:Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.)Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently or as part of a team and support multiple peopleComfortable supporting a remote sales team.Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills Qualifications:High school completion or equivalent (GED)Previous sales support or customer service experience preferredPrevious administrative assistant experience preferred Environmental Working Conditions & Physical Effort:Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis. Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs.
