Position Mission: Assist General Manager in growing store sales and cash flow by "hands on management" with team members and shift supervisors to create a memorable experience for each and every guest. Ensure delivery of fast and friendly service and quality products, while closely monitoring inventory, cost control for food and beverage, and a maintaining a clean, safe store environment.Essential Responsibilities: Shift management and fill in for various positions throughout the restaurant as needed Determine staffing level changes needed throughout the day Direct employee work Ensure employee safety Reconcile cash at end of shift Must be able to functionally perform all restaurant positions (customer service role, baker, etc) Assist General Manager in Restaurant Management Comply with federal and state employment and safety regulations Ensure food quality and safety Review and submit payroll Schedule Staff Interview and Hire Employee Supervision and Discipline Employee Development Maintain employee files in locked cabinet Customer Service Ensure great experiences for all guests Provide fast service and quality product to all guests Handle guest concerns or complaints in a prompt professional manner Ensure catering orders and deliveries meet or exceed guest expectations Cleanliness Ensure restaurant's cleanliness including but not limited to washing dishes, washing counters, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash and cleaning restrooms Additional Responsibilities: Uphold all ENRGI standards, guidelines and policies Reliable - must be at work on scheduled days and on time Must be able to work varied hours, days, and weekends as business dictates Expert knowledge of products offered at the restaurant Must be able to read, count and accurately complete documentation in English Must be able to follow recipes and standards according to ENRGI guidelines Must be available to start shift at early hours (4am-7am depending on restaurant) Required to provide and wear black non-slip shoes in conjunction with approved dress code.Required Education, Experience and Skills: Must be 18 years or older High school degree required Must work well under minimal supervision Must work well in fast paced environment Must be able to multitask and switch tasks quickly Must work well with other team membersPreferred Education, Experience and Skills: Prefer 1-3 years of management/supervision experience Prefer someone with a Food Serve Safe Certificate - Required to have certification within 30 days of employment Physical Demands: The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
