Our Company has over 900 associates in 2 production facilities, 10 production lines, 6 sales branches, numerous sales points and growing. With an established market in the East Coast and Growing Markets in the West Coast and Southwest. Vice President, Operations is responsible for the cost effective, safe, and efficient operations of the plants and supply chain. They will provide vision, set objectives, monitor results/performance, establish programs and systems, sponsor safety and quality standards/improvements; develop/coach managerial staff; assist in problem-solving; provide inspiration, support and feedback; and manage all aspects of operations. Effectively implement and apply LEAN, six sigma and TPM methodologies to achieve improved performance. Build and manage a high performance team of over 600 employees. Also manage a team including 2 Plant Managers who oversee, Maintenance, Environmental & Facilities, Order Entry, Production Planning, Mechanical Maintenance, Packaging, Electrical Engineering, and Food Safety.
