Responsibilities:

  • Partners with organizational leadership, and functional teams to curate strategic and tactical ideas to deliver continuous improvement and better ways of working for the business unit

  • Translates complex ideas or results into easy-to-understand, actionable process roadmaps, and conclusions by partnering and getting buy-in from cross-functional teams to execute on change strategies and activities

  • Leads efforts to execute change management recommendations across multiple initiatives, including new business process, technology, and organizational changes

  • Collaborates with EPMO team to manage and implement change strategy & planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact, organizational readiness, communications and training

  • Ensures change management activities occur on time, and within budget

  • Defines and measures success metrics, benefit realization for the business unit and monitor change progress

  • Refines Customer Incident Management practice and leads the processes and procedures in handling customer incidents. Collaborates with organizational leadership, and functional teams in delivering positive and compliant outcomes and conclusions for the customers and business unit.

  • Provides guidance to team members in the development of change strategies

  • Support and engage senior leaders; coaching managers and supervisors

Qualifications:

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience in an organizational change management role

  • Knowledge and experience applying change management principles and methodologies: Kotter, ADKAR (Prosci), Kubler Ross Change Curve or other industry leaders

  • Experience performing OCM readiness assessments that identify key stakeholders, evaluate an organization’s current state, define a future state framework, conduct a gap analysis, and define OCM maturity plans across Processes, Tools, Capabilities and Leadership.

  • Experience with OCM tools to include: stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments or other survey tools, and training needs assessments

  • Ability to tailor and adapt OCM tools to provide value to projects and initiatives

  • Experience with developing actionable and targeted change management plans to include communication, coaching, sponsor, training, and resistance management

  • Capable of gauging an individual’s commitment level to the change (Commitment Curve)

  • Experience with developing Communication Plans that target stakeholders with the right message at the right time through the right sender

  • Experience with strategic and tactical communication support; identify pockets of resistance and draft messages to mitigate it

  • Experience with analytics tools to measure the success of the change strategy through metrics and feedback.

  • Experience supporting and engaging senior leaders; coaching managers and supervisors

  • Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban and Agile

  • Experience with integrating change management plans into project plans

  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process and the ability to influence culture and move toward a common vision or goal.
