Work You'll DoFacilitate definition of requirement, use cases, product management, and functional specifications along with validation and testing services for clients. Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing complex IT programs to meet organizational goals. Support in managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions in pension administration system, unemployment insurance benefits administration systems, integrated eligibility for health care solutions and higher education administration systems for clients in public and government sector. Maintain the efficiency of IT implementation project management processes including planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment. Support testing efforts, including system, integration, user acceptance and performance testing. Define the testing strategy for large scale programs and ensure requirements traceability throughout the system development lifecycle. Leading project team responsible for analyzing all phases of manual and automated testing, functional and nonfunctional requirements, functional design specification, release management, and environment management documents. Oversee the application of .Net, VB Script, and Java add-ins to create automation frameworks. Guide teams in utilizing testing tools including, HP Testing Tools Suite, IBM Testing Tools Suite, Soap UI, Oracle UPK and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) to lead development and test teams to resolve queries related to implementation of client requirements, technical and functional aspects of projects. Lead the development of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) framework to integrate client applications. Manage the execution of tuning queries to improve application performance utilizing Oracle as Database Management System (DBMS) including Data Security. Oversee the execution of the UAT phase of the SDLC process by developing the test plan and test estimations. Handle the review of business process testing and life-cycle testing scenarios.Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Engineering (any), Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field. Six years of progressively responsible experience providing IT consulting services to clients in public and government sector on behalf of a global consulting company.
