Company Job ID-174139Business analysis and solution engineering internship supporting Cox Automotive Service Management, working with the program team to respond to enhancement requests from our business partners. Elicit requirements from business and technology users for the Service Management platform. You will learn the ServiceNow platform and have an opportunity to be certified as a System Administrator. You will also learn the ITIL framework and IT Service Management best practices. You must have the ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:Use ServiceNow in managing work through task boards and SDLC functionsLearn our agile processes for delivering work on the ServiceNow platform.Document business requirements for Service Management improvements.Support technology workshops with planning and execution activities including creation of deliverables, such as basic workflow diagrams, action items, issues, task assignments, meeting recaps, prototyping solutions in ServiceNow lower environments etc.Ensure appropriate project documentation is produced (charters, requirements, conceptual diagrams, etc)Discuss requirements and groom to user stories and interact with system engineersAssist with functional quality assurance testing and learn ServiceNow configuration.QualificationsPursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or other related program1+ years' experience with the MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Project preferredMotivated, self-starter with strong interpersonal skillsStrong people and customer service skillsClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to multitask successfullySound data collection and quantitative/analytical skills, including MS ExcelStrong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervisionCreative problem solving skills with excellent attention to detailWillingness to learn ServiceNow
