JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, monitors the integrity of real estate portfolio data and interfaces with the lease administration team at the Shared Services Center to ensure updates/entries are accurate, complete and timely. Reviews monthly reporting packing for accuracy and create ad hoc reports as necessary. Aligns with on-site transaction team to assist with document package completion, critical date response management and overall research to support data accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists manager in resolving critical issues for client by researching and gathering information about, lease terms, options, critical dates and other relevant items as requested. Reviews Lease Abstracts for accuracy and provides lease analysis and interpretation of lease information to clients.

Day to day interface with Transaction and Lease Administration teams for coordination of document management, critical data management and other events impacting the database and operation.

Solicit feedback to critical dates with the expectation to keep the transaction team focused and accountable to deadlines and lease administration team apprised of intended actions for updating the lease administration database. Preparation of Document Transmittal Form to provide data for elements not provided within a document but essential to the database for reporting, etc.

Distribution of legal documents to lease administration and client teams.

Review of monthly lease administration reporting package and coordination of client responses for updating the database. Preparation of ad hoc reports as requested, soliciting support from Shared Services Center when needed.

Review and coordination of estoppel certificates, SNDAs, notices and other Landlord correspondence.

Participate in portfolio audit research and collection of missing property/lease information.

Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations and real estate strategic plans for the various companies on an annual basis.

Participate and support other real estate team members in special projects and transactions.

Performs other duties as assigned.

High school degree or general education degree required plus a minimum of (4) four to (6) six years lease administration position. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with Accounting, Finance or Real Estate preferred.

Experience in Co-Star Manager or other lease administration software is beneficial.

Ability to interact effectively and respectfully with clients and other team members is required.

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.

Ability to solve problems in standard situations.

Requires basic analytical skills. Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).

Ability to work well under pressure.

Advanced organizational skills.

Decisions made with thorough knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers, supervisor and clients.
