Opportunity Details:



  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure best in class service and accountability

  • Maintain both participant facing and plan sponsor platforms

  • Ensure data integrity

  • Serve as an employee contact and external advisor contact

  • Craft communications to improve participant outcomes and understanding

  • Maintain compliance and ensure adherence to the plan document(s)

  • Assist with research needs and work with colleagues to solution any issues that arise

  • Lead eligibility and distribution processing for certain retirement benefits

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory environment to ensure competitive, compliant and efficient plan design

  • Suggest and implement process improvements

  • Support any day to day activities of multiple benefit areas as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum five years retirement experience

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadline simultaneously

  • Quick and versatile learner

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to self-motivate and take a collaborative approach to team work

  • Excellent attention to detail; strong organization and process improvement skills
