We currently have an opening for Telehealth and Simulation Center Program Manager who will lead the development of standardized Telehealth protocols across multiple regions in collaboration with executive, physician and technical leaders. This position will have the responsibility of design, implement, evaluate and continuously improvement of a standardized, system-wide Tele-presenting program as part of our system Telehealth strategy and workforce development plan.

The Program Manager will also produce regular reports and communicate with management the performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), and work with leadership on strategies and plans to improve the operations and administration of the telehealth program. The Program Manager should be able to move fluidly through the organization collecting data from various sources and systems and producing reports for management. The Program Manager should also find ways to streamline and improve process and workflows that will increase the operational efficiency of the program and generate cash flow for the organization.

Work with Telehealth resources and leadership in the implementation, operations and evaluation of a Telehealth program consistent with system strategies.

Act as a resource for providing on-site Telehealth technology support including installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of equipment problems.

Maintain responsibility for day to day operations including budget, staffing, licensing, quality.

Monitors and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding Telehealth services

Establish regional workforce development goals and plans for increasing the Telehealth skills within the assigned region and the community at large.

Train and assist providers in the Telehealth and its processes.

Share responsibility for the promotion of Telehealth services through demonstrated excellence in customer service skills.

Proactively maintain clinical expertise in the use of Telehealth equipment and protocols Works as a resource person in planning, reviewing, or revising policies and procedures that impact telehealth programs and their related applications

Develops strategies for program development and implementation whenever innovative technologies are introduced

Reports shortfalls and provides suggestions for improving program to leadership

Builds business plans, provides ROI, and make good analysis.

Assures integration and coordination of Telehealth team and other key resources for project planning, management and reporting, as well as preparation of business proposals.

Includes developing and executing project plans, licensures and certifications, and provider model recommendations.

Incorporates communications, public relations, and community outreach and promotional activities.

Performs work in support of purchasing and or procurement of services, products, supplies, and equipment requiring a practical knowledge of applicable operations

Conducts rounds on a regular basis, attends various clinical service meeting

Ensures provider qualifications for all telehealth modalities, including but not limited to, OPPE/FPPE, licensing, TH Training, competencies and credentialing are completed

Serves as a specialist and consultant for all aspects of telehealth, both in the hub and originating sites

Establishes other telehealth clinics, oversees clinic scheduling, and facilitates encounters between Specialist and Primary Care Providers

Monitors utilization, fiscal impact, challenges and outcomes of telehealth applications

SIMULATION MANAGEMENT Provide oversight of simulation center operations.

Prepare scopes of work, bills of material, specifications, cost estimates, and other necessary project documents.

Work closely with the simulation team to develop detailed emulations.

Development and participation in both formal and informal training programs designed to teach personnel the operating and trouble-shooting techniques for the completed control system.

Assist in the development & implementation of an acceptance test plan for the equipment in the simulation center.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university.

EXPERIENCE 4-6 years of project management and/or consulting experience concurrently managing multiple large projects in a technical and cross-functional environment, leading clients and team members through large complex system implementations and integrations with aggressive delivery deadlines.

Advanced level Microsoft Office Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA and/or Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification preferred.
