Sanofi Group Organized Customer Group Effectiveness Manager - US Field position in Atlanta, Georgia

Position overview:

The Organized Customer Group Effectiveness Sr. Manager / Manager reports to the Vice President, Organized Customer Groups. The Organized Customer Group Effectiveness Manager is responsible for driving commercial excellence across the Organized Customer Group team.

Accountabilities:

Develop a templated approach to the OCG team, so acclimation into additional markets is seamless

Assess monitor, evaluate the insights, key learnings and evolution of the Account Centric approach in Seattle, MN and LA.

Serve as the Population Health expert for key initiatives and interacts with key customers to establish the framework for successful Population Health initiatives

Monitor and assess OCG insights and learnings in the 8 existing markets and develop corresponding plans.

Link between Innovative Solutions team (Population Health, Incubator group, Integrated Solutions) and the Organized Customer Group

As the OCG approach is a new channel and ways of working towards this channel are evolving, this role will take on ad hoc initiatives to assess business opportunity. (ACOs, Care Managers, EMR/HIT, Capitation, Provider/Payer evolution, KTL Influence, etc)

Routinely asses OCG market performance in concert with market Directors and Vice President

Identify OCG specific trends and develop specific actions to address.

In alignment with Brand teams develop unique solutions for the OCG channel and OCG accounts.

Support the evolution of the OCG team to evolve and achieve its vision for Sanofi across all Business units.

Work with key brand, market access, sales, home office personnel to ensure this new and innovative team has the tools and resources to enable success.

Business Acumen: The Organized Customer Group Effectiveness Sr. Manager / Manager will have the ability to deep dive into regional businesses identifying diagnostics and remediation plans. She / he will be able to diagnose both challenges and opportunities

Partnership and Collaboration: The Organized Customer Group Effectiveness Sr. Manager / Manager will have the collaboration skills needed to work closely and effectively with the OCG Directors, RBLs and RADs.

Operational Excellence: She / he will be able to effectively identify and implement initiatives in the local market place that can be replicated on a National level.

Experience/Skills/Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of sales, market access and reimbursement experience

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree (MBA) a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrate deep business acumen and fundamental understanding of the business segments, issues and trends within the national payers and across the healthcare delivery system.

Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical marketing/market access strategies and regulatory/compliance environment

Strategic and critical thinking, planning, communication, and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills and the ability to interact professionally

Ability to plan, execute, manage initiatives and work across matrix teams from development through implementation

Demonstrated ability to be solution-oriented through the application of advanced problem solving skills and in garnering cross-functional support as required.

High level of emotional intelligence with the proven ability to recognize customer needs and develop valuable and meaningful solutions.

Demonstrated team leadership across multiple cross-functional teams and ability to work collaboratively with excellent interpersonal and team management skills

Strong organizational and operations skills, attention to details.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and drive a company car in a safe manner to daily meetings and appointments

Adhere to all laws and regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry and compliance requirements of Sanofi per Corporate Policies.

Possess strong business acumen and project management skills

Internal candidates must have at least 24 months tenure with Sanofi and a minimum of 12 months in current position
