Manage store depository program

  • Partner with Treasury and vendor on new store openings
  • Communicate service issues to stores and vendor promptly setting prompt resolution expectations
  • Identify missing cash and submit supporting documentation with the claims

Review LP incident reports from stores and communicate future action to reduce and prevent company liability

Create, develop and maintain POS exception reporting to identify tangible KPIs to minimize loss

Monitor LPCA Program

  • Audit LPCA hours and ensure compliance to budgeted hours
  • Update creative for new shirts and request RFQ for replenishment

Partner with field leaders and vendors on CCTV and provide supporting documentation for ROI

Collaborate with LP team and field leaders on selection of stores for participation in the high shrink program

Conduct data analysis on returns with emphasis on non-receipted returns

Manage million dollar+ LP budgets and readjust/forecast accordingly

  • Responsible for LP invoicing accuracy (validation, request for credits, code with correct store/GL, submit for payment)

Update LP P&P accordingly

Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed

Serve as liaison between stores and field management for LP related issues

Communicate with various third party vendors

Document vendor errors for monthly credits

Experience and Skills
  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Retail industry experience preferred
  • 3+ years in a Loss Prevention environment or related work experience preferred
  • Knowledge in Epicor Sales Audit, QuantiSense and MicroStrategy
  • Adept in building and sustaining effective internal/external business partnerships
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high- paced environment to exceed customer expectations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Solid business acumen
  • Managerial courage, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail and expert documentation
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
