JOB DESCRIPTIONIntercontinental Exchange is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented team member to provide administrative assistance to Company executives. The ideal candidate will be naturally precise in regards to detail and consistency, have the ability to handle many ongoing tasks and projects, work closely with team members, and work at a high level independently.ResponsibilitiesProvides secretarial and administrative support to multiple officers of the CompanyRoutes and screens incoming telephone calls to these officersCoordinates schedules and travel arrangements as requestedCompletes expense reports and other routine documentation as requestedArranges conference calls and meetings with internal and external groupsMaintains corporate records and files (paper and electronic) in accordance with Company policies and proceduresArranges transportation (e.g., car service and taxi) for visitors as neededOrders meals and break service for meetings as neededDrafts and reviews letters, memorandums, reports, and other correspondence as requestedProvides backup support to other Executive Assistants as neededRequirementsMinimum of 2-3 years of related administrative experienceStrong interpersonal skills and communications skillsConsistent productive and professional personalityMust be able to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate mannerMust have the ability to multi-task and respond to needs promptlyMedium to high proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Bachelor's Degree strongly preferredLOCATIONAtlanta, GeorgiaFULL TIME / PART TIMEFull timeIntercontinental Exchange is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity in its hiring and business practices.
