EDI Claims Implementation Analyst (Atlanta, GA) Job Summary: Provide technical and administrative support for relational electronic data interchange (EDI) database design, analysis, and operations. Provide EDI related maintenance and backup support for RCM Billing Services staff and clients. Collaborate with third party vendors, clearinghouse, and payers to resolve operational issues. Job Responsibilities: * Monitors and provides EDI support/resolutions for all RCM billing staff and clients. This includes but not limited to tracking of missing 835 files, analyzing both paper claims and ANSI 837 formatting issues, and electronic statement performance and formatting issues. * Perform daily manual EDI processes, which cannot be automated (uploaded/download of secondary claim files in the secondary web portal, processing claim files through the EDI utilities). * Implementation and maintenance of File Maintenance libraries, payers, providers and groups which correspond to EDI processes and formatting within the software. * Maintain and update related documentation of policy and procedure. * Administration of all clearinghouse and statement vendor s websites. * Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational problems.
