Responsibilities include but are not limited to designing courseoutlines, gathering supporting technical documentation, and developing courseworkbooks and facilitation notes. This role will interface with crossfunctional team members to develop specifications for course content and workwith project teams to test materials and collect VOC/VOB for assessing customerneeds for future course development.The production focus of thisposition is on the design and development of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) orComputer Based Learning (CBT) programs. As an integral part of the Enablement Team you will be tasked withdeveloping and delivering interactive and creative training programs to educateMcKesson clients on our suite of products and services. Prior to B2B training, a fundamental part ofthe Enablement team is to prepare the Customer Operations Staff on how toimplement the new product features, functionalities and services and ensure theservice delivery is ready to support new offerings. Training paths include Instructor-ledtraining (ILT), web based facilitation (RILT) or self directed learning(CBT's/Videos). Ability to quickly learnnew software and develop quality learning programs is a key to success in thisrole.This role will interface with crossfunctional organizations and may require engagement in L&D training needsanalysis to develop technical training specifics to hit targeted objectives.Some training courses and materials may deal with complex technical situationsfor multiple products. Lesson plans should be developed in tandem with SME and trainerinput from software documentation, field requirements, and/or engineeringdocumentation and interaction with programmers, software engineering andtechnical support. This role may berequired to be involved with hardware and training environment set up as wellas testing and document maintenance. QualificationsMinimum Requirements4+ years technical training, field sales,product support, and/or consulting experienceCritical SkillsMid level career experiencewith knowledge and demonstrated application of eLearning, instructional designconcepts, and adult learning theories.Must have exposure and orexperience in designing, developing and testing curricula content possibly inconjunction with a formalized project to bring a product to market.Must have experience indesigning...
