HOW WILL YOU ADD VALUE ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS*The Collections Specialist will be responsible for taking part in the collection efforts of delinquent accounts, while making outbound collection calls in order to increase recovery rates. Liaise with other departments such as Exceptions, Portfolio Management, and Underwriting and communicate findings and trends in an effort to minimize future losses.WHAT WILL MAKE YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE*The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a Collection related role and customer service experience. They will reflect the Worldpay way which is smart, spirited and supportive. They will have excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, must be organized and willing to follow and document internal processes and procedures as well as have good technical computer skills.
