VMware Business Analyst – Product Management (Atlanta, GA) in Atlanta, Georgia
Analyze engineering, business, and related data processing problems to support software development projects intended to improve enterprise mobile device management systems by ensuring next generation enterprise mobility products successfully address business needs. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to analyze and recommend appropriate design and development of mobility products to simplify mobility for organizations. Define operational requirements, outline implementation strategy, and lead adoption of enterprise mobility solutions. Define and drive product strategy and roadmap. Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for MDM solution usage across organizational functions and processes. Document best practices related to use of enterprise MDM solutions. Develop training documentation and lead training sessions with customers. In connection with the above duties, utilize the following skills/experience: working in a consulting/IT services organization in a systems engineering or IT support/administrator role; serving as a subject matter expert in full customer implementation of mobile device management solutions; using customer business requirements to establish implementation plans and timelines; conduct/oversee testing and issue resolution in connection with customer deployments of MDM solutions; creating process-based improvements to existing implementation plans.
