The VP of Sales holds responsibility for all Telehealth sales leadership functions, including personally driving sales efforts as well as overseeing the professional sales representatives for all existing and prospective Telehealth accounts.Summary of Primary ResponsibilitiesManaging all Virtual Medical Staff business development personnel,Managing evaluation process of future business development personnel,Planning and refinement of all sales compensation and incentive programs,Refining national Telehealth sales strategy and tactical selling as part of that strategy,Directing daily use of CRM, including proper documentation for sales forecasting,Leading all on-site and virtual sales presentations with prospective clients,Leading all on-site and virtual sales and account management visits with existing clients,Participating in all contract review and negotiation along with company President,Making recommendations to President regarding standardized and custom pricing,Meeting forecasted quarterly gross profit requirements,Attending annual conferences and trade shows in support of company's Telehealth sales efforts.Summary of Additional ResponsibilitiesHiring, training, managing and developing new/current business development associates,Tracking all sales opportunities through CRM until finalization of sale agreements,Meeting established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales gross profit goals,Directing all prospecting and networking for new accounts,Leading all account management initiatives to increase existing client services,Conducting standing sales operational calls with existing national clients,Participating in design and maintenance of all sales marketing collateral, proposals, white papers, and case studies,Providing cross-training of Telehealth service lines to additional company production teams,Balancing office and travel efforts to best support company needs and maintain needed balance -- target is 40% travel to...
